The Center celebrated its first anniversary at 1111 14th Street with a reception March 16 that also marked the opening of the David Bohnett Foundation CyberCenter. Bohnett Foundation executive director Michael Fleming was among the approximately 50 guests attending the reception.
The CyberCenter contains six IBM ThinkCentre computers, a scanner and a printer. All the computers have internet access, Microsoft Office and other useful software. The Center opened to the public March 27 on a limited basis. It is currently staffed from 2-4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and from 6 to 8 p.m.
