Voting

Voter registration and education

'One man one vote' is a philosophy that the David Bohnett Foundation believes in and supports. The Foundation's contribution to the American political process reaches out to groups and individual voters with voter registration initiatives and transportation programs for voters with disabilities. They work at local, state, and national levels to assess the obstacles that keep certain groups from getting to the polls on Election Day, with the goal breaking down those barriers. Regardless of age, sex, political affiliation or disability, the Foundation wishes to raise the level of political discussion and participation among all Americans regardless of their beliefs or abilities.
