David Bohnett Foundation Awards First Round of Grants for 2003

Los Angeles, California – The David Bohnett Foundation today announced the recipients of their third round of grants for 2003. The awards further the foundation's mission to provide resources for organizations pursuing societal change and social justice.

Long Island Gay and Lesbian Youth Center Bay Shore, New York $50,000 over two years for the construction and operation of their David Bohnett CyberCenter www.ligaly.org

Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles, California $10,000 for their event honoring Lucien Freud www.moca.org
