Judy Herbstman is a dual degree, MBA/MPA student who impressed both NYU Stern and NYU Wagner during the application process.

Judy worked at the federal level for four years. She decided to go back to school for an MBA/MPA because she believes that local government is the best position from which to address local problems, particularly neighborhood revitalization and the availability of affordable housing.

Judy was a Truman Scholar at Harvard, and she served as co-producer for The Vagina Monologues in Washington, DC.
