Lila Hayatdavoudi is a graduate student in the Master of Public Policy program at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, where she focuses her studies on nonprofit organization and management, philanthropy, and health policy. Lila received her bachelor’s degree in economics from UC Berkeley in 2002, and her law degree from UC Davis in 2005. Before returning to graduate school to obtain her MPP in 2011, Lila served as a law clerk to a United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Central District of California, a patent litigation associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in Palo Alto, California, and a law clerk to two United States Magistrate Judges in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. As a Bohnett Fellow, Lila currently works in the Mayor’s Office of Strategic Partnerships (OSP) where she works to advance OSP’s mission of developing a shared agenda between the City of Los Angeles, nonprofits, philanthropy and other sectors to maximize resources and impact.
