Sean Capperis holds an MPA with a concentration in policy analysis from NYU Wagner.

As a David Bohnett Foundation Fellow, Sean worked in the office of Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley on several projects related to the use of data and technology to advance transparency, operations, and economic development.

Sean is currently a data manager and research analyst at NYU's Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy, where he leads data analysis for the center's flagship public reports and contributes analysis to a wide array of housing and land use research.
