UM Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy: Madison Prinzing

Madison Prinzing

Madison Prinzing (MPP ’25) is a lifelong Michigander with roots at the University of Michigan with undergraduate degrees in International Studies and Spanish. After graduation, she worked for PEAC, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through biking, bussing, and walking. As a result, Madison learned about accessible, healthy communities and the current gaps that limit Southeast Michigan. Madison is looking forward to exploring the ways policy can be innovative in local government, especially in regard to creating infrastructure that encourages movement, connection, and community. In the future, Madison plans to work on policy decisions focused on urban design, greenspace, or transportation networks.
