Natalee Rivera is a Bronx, NY native and graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a minor in Ethnicity and Race Studies in 2013. Natalee is a Project Associate with Crime Lab New York (CLNY). Before joining CLNY, Natalee worked at the National Urban League (NUL), a civil rights organization devoted to the economic empowerment of disadvantaged urban areas, first as an Associate of Compliance, and then, as a Program Associate in the Workforce Development Division. While at NUL, Natalee completed the Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Public Service at NYU Wagner. Previously, Natalee was a research staff assistant at the Columbia Population Research Center where she worked on the Robin Hood Foundation’s Poverty Tracker, which was developed to more comprehensively study and measure poverty in New York City.
