SAGE Center Midtown Updates Innovative David Bohnett CyberCenter

[New York, NY] The SAGE Center Midtown announces that its David Bohnett CyberCenter will been updated and refreshed, thanks to a generous grant from the David Bohnett Foundation.

On September 26, 2017, SAGE, the nation’s leader in advocacy and services for LGBT elders, will celebrate the grand re-opening of the David Bohnett CyberCenter at its SAGE Center Midtown on the 15th floor of 305 Seventh Avenue, NYC from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Designed to provide older, LGBT adults with a safe, comfortable space to learn basic skills, take classes, learn how to better navigate the Internet, or simply use reliable computing tools, the David Bohnett CyberCenter, opened in 2012, has just been equipped with all new state-of-the art computers and a printer, thanks to the David Bohnett Foundation.

“We are grateful to the David Bohnett Foundation for allowing us to provide essential computer access to the many LGBT elders who visit our SAGE Center every day,” says Michael Adams, SAGE CEO. “Our CyberCenter helps our participants remain active and connected in this digital age.”
